About Off the Grid

Off the Grid is a private holding company. It is not a fund, not an incubator, and not a family office in the traditional sense. It is simply the vehicle through which we own and support a small collection of companies and ideas.

The name is deliberate. Most of what we do happens outside the usual channels: no press releases, no pitch decks, no LP updates. We prefer to work with founders who care more about the work than the narrative around it.

What we look for

• Founders with deep, often unfair, domain expertise.
• Businesses that can compound for decades rather than exit in three years.
• Capital-light models that reward patience and discipline.
• Small teams that punch above their weight.

How we work

We do not have a fixed check size or a fixed structure. We can buy a company outright, take a minority stake, or simply provide capital and advice. The common thread is that we stay close to the founders and give them time.
